The Global Leadership Institute can create and facilitate a unique retreat or conference for your leadership team tailored to the needs of your company.
With over 30 years of training and facilitation experience, Dr. Anthony Silard, leadership educator and author of Screened In: The Art of Living Free in the Digital Age, has created and taught workshops to cover many facets of executive work and life. He has worked with small companies looking for “nuts and bolts” training such as leadership development and strategic planning. He has also worked with large established companies and organizations (such as GE, IBM, Bank of America, CARE, Save the Children, United Way and Disney) on deeper issues such as work-life balance, effective communication for managers and leadership style.

Our team here at The Global Leadership Institute will work with you to pick and choose from over thirty workshops to tailor a conference that meets the specific needs of your company or organization, your profession, your location and/or your current circumstances. You can select the specific Leadership Workshops you would like and we can put it all together for you.
Option 2
Choose a general theme (e.g. “Communication and Team-Building”) and we can put it all together for you.
